SubMoney is a subscription tracking app for iOS and Android. It is provided worldwide by an individual indie developer based in Spain. This policy explains how the App handles data.

Data Collection

SubMoney does not collect personal identifying information through the App. No account is required and no login system exists.

The App stores only the information you enter manually, such as subscription name, price, billing cycle, category, and notes. The App also calculates monthly and yearly totals and can schedule local reminders for renewals. These actions are performed on your device and are not sent to the developer.

If you contact the developer by email, the email address and any information you include are processed only to respond to your request.

Data Storage

All subscription data is stored locally on your device. The developer does not operate any server that stores user data.

iCloud Sync (if enabled)

On iOS, if you enable iCloud Sync, your data may be stored in your iCloud account and synchronized across your devices. The developer does not access or control iCloud-stored data. Apple processes this data under its own privacy policy and may store it outside your country of residence.

The App does not share user data with third parties. No data is sold.

Third-Party Services

The App does not use third-party analytics or advertising networks. No tracking across apps or websites is performed.

Data Retention

Your data remains on your device (and in iCloud if enabled) until you delete it or uninstall the App. The developer does not retain any user data.

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, or object to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Because the App does not collect or process personal data on developer-controlled servers, these rights generally apply to data stored on your device or in your iCloud account. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). The developer does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Security

Data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for securing your device and, if enabled, your iCloud account. The developer does not have access to your data.

Changes to Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. The effective date above will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
